The project spans a site area of 1.297 hectares, with a total building floor area of 4,426.4 square meters. Thoughtfully designed to foster community connection and inclusivity, the centre will feature multi-functional spaces for events, recreational activities, and social gatherings. The project has achieved Development Approval (DA), and Construction Certificate (CC) progress is underway, moving closer to becoming a dynamic community hub for Minto’s residents.
